OTHER ACTIVITIES

For those guests who are not divers there are many other activities that we can help you with.  Let’s start with what you can do at Liquid if you are not out on the dive boat.

We have a large grassy area that holds a volleyball or basketball court. We have the required sporting goods available for anyone who fancies a go and Liquid staff are always up for a challenge! Winning team buys the beer!!

We have plenty of pool noodles, lilos and swimming toys for anyone who fancies making a splash in our salt water swimming pool. For those with children who are not great swimmers yet we have a number of kids flotation devices available at the dive shop.

Sun loungers and beach towels are free of charge for anyone who wants to just chill out and relax around the swimming pool or on the beach.

Mainit is our shore dive which is also a great snorkeling site. Schools or barracuda, turtles, reef fish and blue spotted rays are just a few of the things that you see. And lets not forget the hot spring which opens up into the shallow waters. We have free snorkel equipment for rent for any of our in house guests who would like to head out in the warm waters of Mainit.

Other Activities

For the more adventurous who want to leave Liquid and head out and explore the surrounding areas of Dumaguete, then look no further. We can help you arrange treks up Mt Talinis, day trips to the many different lakes and water falls in the region or to the local hot springs. There is a weekly Wednesday market for those who want to see how you haggle over the price of a prize pig or cow. Dumaguete City has a number of different ‘Zoo” type things! A few museums and plenty of bars and restaurants.

You can go whale watching, play a round of golf, try out the high flying zip line, play mini golf or relax and take in a movie. With so many different things to do in the region it is a wonder that anyone has any time to dive!

And of course we can not forget to mention the attraction of the wi-ii Dance Off!! From Michael Jackson to Rhianna! Whether you are old or young there is always the chance of a nightly Dance Off!!
